At Deliver Me Lingerie, we ship items worldwide at 3 different price points:

UK - 1st Class Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail, signature required - £2.50 flat rate on all UK orders.
EU - Royal Mail Airmail Europe - Recorded, signature required - Priced according to weight.
Rest of the World - Royal Mail Airmail Worldwide - Recorded, signature required - Priced according to weight.

Items are shipped in discreet plain packaging

All items are sent by recorded delivery, a signature is required on acceptance of delivery. This signature is considered proof of acceptance at the given address.

All items will arrive within 10 working days

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we ask that items are tried over thin under clothes. We will accept returns if this procedure has been followed. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery, items must be in ´ as sold ´ condition. Return postage will be at the customers expense, no refunds will be made for postage.

Full item price refunds will be issued if the above procedure has been satisfied.
